Return Policy
Return Window:
- All returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The return window starts from the day the package is delivered and signed for.
Unboxing Video Requirement:
- To process a return, a clear and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
- The video must capture the entire process of opening the package, including the condition of the product upon arrival.
- The unboxing video should be recorded in a well-lit environment and clearly show the product’s condition.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be in its original, unopened condition.
- Any accessories, tags, or labels must be intact.
- The product should not show any signs of wear or damage.
Return Process:
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team within the return window to request a return authorization.
- Provide Unboxing Video: Upload the unboxing video as required.
- Return Shipping: Customer will have to bear the shipping cost for returns and exchange. A minimal charge of Rs 150 is to be made after contacting the customer care team. Once the payment is done pick up will be arranged from the customer’s address.
- Refund: Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund is usually processed after the product reaches our warehouse within 3-5 working days.
Exceptions:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
- Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement.

xchange Process:
- Initiate Exchange: Contact our customer support team within the exchange window to request an exchange.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
- Exchange Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.
- Exchange Fee: A one-time exchange fee of Rs. 150 will be charged to cover logistics cost.

- Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect item, we will cover both the return shipping costs and the exchange fee for the replacement.
